If canceled less than 4 weeks before the check-in date, you will receive a refund on everything except the service, bedding, deposit fees, and the price of the first 4 weeks. If canceled on or after the check-in date, refunds are not possible.

- Booking is a minimum of 4 weeks. Overnight guests are allowed 8 nights per month. Residents must abide by basic hygiene rules and keep noise to a minimum. - Residents can book now and pay later. - To confirm the booking, you need to pay £250 within 48 hrs. (Non-refundable if the booking is canceled). - 1st Instalment will be seven days after the quote was sent. - Following installments will be collected when you check in at the accommodation. - We will offer a 2% additional discount if you pay in full at once.
